CONDICIONES DE RESERVAS

Política de Cancelación
- Para todo el año excepto fechas especiales: Podrá cancelar la reserva de forma gratuita hasta 2 días antes de la fecha de llegada. Si cancela más tarde o no se presenta, se cargará el importe de la primera noche.
  - Fechas especiales (14-16 Abril, 6-11 de Junio, 23 de Junio – 10 de Septiembre): Podrá cancelar la reserva de forma gratuita hasta 7 días antes de la fecha de llegada. Si cancela mas tarde o no se presenta, se cargará el importe de la primera noche.
Política de Pago
- Para realizar la reserva se necesita una tarjeta de crédito válida. El establecimiento podrá preautorizar la tarjeta para comprobar la validez de la misma.
- También podrá cargar la primera noche una vez acabado el periodo de cancelación gratuita.
Condiciones
- Tarjeta de crédito: Para las reservas con tarifa No Reembolsable, se cargará el 100% de la estancia a la confirmación de la reserva. Para las reservas con tarifa Flexible se utilizará como garantía de la reserva y se pagará en el hotel o se cargará una vez acabado el periodo de cancelación gratuita.

Cancellation policy
For the whole year except special dates: You can cancel the reservation for free up to 2 days before the arrival date. If you cancel later or do not show up, the amount of the first night will be charged.
Special dates (April 14-16, June 6-11, June 23 – September 10): You can cancel the reservation for free up to 7 days before the arrival date. If you cancel later or do not show up, the amount of the first night will be charged.

Payment Policy
A valid credit card is required to make the reservation. The establishment may pre-authorize the card to check its validity.
You can also charge the first night after the free cancellation period ends.

Terms
Credit card: For reservations with a Non-Refundable rate, 100% of the stay will be charged upon confirmation of the reservation. For reservations with a Flexible rate, it will be used as a guarantee of the reservation and will be paid at the hotel or charged once the free cancellation period has ended.
